Contest Courses

AMC8 Class:

It is a 2-semester contest class to prepare students ready for AMC8 class. It also helps students to build a solid foundation for Math League, MATHCOUNTS and AMC10 contests.

Textbook: LIF class material (topic based lectures)

Pre-requirement: Finish Prealgebra before 1st class 

Students are expected to spend 4 to 5hrs each week (Preview, class and homework).

It is a one-semester (from Jan to May) contest class to prepare students ready for MATHCOUNTS contest (up to State qualification).

It is a one-semester course (from Aug to Dec) to prepare students ready for MATHCOUNTS (up to National qualification) and AMC10

Pre-requisites: Students who finishes MC1 class; Students who already qualified MATHCOUNTS State level; Students who score 80 points or higher at AMC10 test

Students are expected to spend 5 to 6hrs each week (preview, class and homework)
