Number Sense Advance:
It is a course designed to prepare students for Math League elementary level competition Number sense round. The total score of Number sense round is 400 points, contributes 25% of the total score. Most students can only score around 150 without any training. After taking our course, students are expected to improve from 60 to 150 points. We have 3 students got prefect score in last 3 years. Our students also ranked 1st in the national competition several times. The improvement on accuracy and speed also helps students winning in MATHCOUNTS countdown round.
Pre-requisites: Students need to know operation of fraction, decimal and percent, power and root.
Students are expected to spend 3 to 4hrs each week.

AMC8 Test Prep:
It is a 2-session special course to prepare students be ready for AMC8 test. From the 15-week class, students will have opportunity to learn the most popular topics, concepts, various approaches and build problem-solving skills. It is suitable for
—Students to review and refresh what they learn before
—Students who has not had any systematic training and learning on their own
—Students who only finished the past exams, but not fully understand the problems and what they need to perform well in AMC8 test
—Students who learnt the basic knowledge before, but not sure how to use what they learnt to solve the problems
The first session consists of 7 topic lectures with a focus on concept and various approaches to cover the most popular areas seen in AMC8 test; the 2nd session is past exam review to cover the most recent 21 sets of problems. After this 4-month classes, students will have more confidence.
Pre-requisites: Students who has finished Prealgebra and have basic knowledge of Counting and Geometry.
Students are expected to spend 5 to 6hrs each week
